Smart Building Life Cycle originated from the frustration that building information does exist but is not centrally available to make existing buildings more sustainable in a cost-conscious and result-oriented way. SBLC believes in making current building information centrally available, which makes the implementation process of making existing buildings more sustainable, faster and easier for all parties involved, such as project leaders of municipalities, homeowners, corporations, VVE managers and commercial real estate owners. That is why we started with the SB monitor when SBLC was founded in 2018. But we haven't been sitting still! Behind the scenes, we have optimized and supplemented our monitor in recent years. In addition to improved functionalities, new algorithms for even more informative data, we have also improved the design of the monitor for even more user-friendliness. With this new look of the monitor comes a new name. We would like to introduce you to Cuby!
Cuby collects as much real estate data as possible about your municipality, district, street or home. She can then tell you everything about energy consumption in neighborhoods or homes, how you can make it more sustainable and what the costs are. For example, Cuby helps municipalities, corporations, VVE managers and commercial property owners to make buildings more sustainable and to promote citizen participation.
